Michael Murphy, Executive Assistant to the President
Mike grew up in rural Hampton, Iowa and now resides in Dubuque where he lives with his wife, Connie. He graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with an undergraduate degree in Business Education and from Loras College in Dubuque with a Master’s Degree in Counseling. Mike is certified by the University of Iowa as a Behavior Management Trainer and is a licensed counselor in the State of Iowa.
Mike has experience in business, management and most recently counseling. As a counselor, he teaches and improves individual skills in relationship building, handling difficult people and situations, effective communication and leadership.
Mike works closely with our Doctors and team members to improve leadership, communication skills, patient experiences and general office harmony.
Mike and Connie have three adult children and one grandson. Mike’s hobbies include gardening, woodworking and home remodeling projects.
