Dr. Ed Mount, Acquisitions & Strategic Development
Dr. Mount was born and raised in Highland Park, Illinois. He graduated from Iowa State University with a BS in both Biology and Economics. Upon completion of his BS, Dr. Mount earned his DDS from Loyola University, Chicago. After earning his DDS, Dr. Mount returned to Iowa.
He entered private practice 33 years ago in Newton, Iowa. There he was instrumental in operating a successful group practice. That group practice joined AppleWhite Dental Partners in 2010. Dr. Mount still practices today with his partners in Newton.
Dr. Mount is the father of three daughters and is happily married to his wife, Janet. His unique experiences in the business world, both inside and outside of dentistry make him uniquely qualified to assist the company in its efforts to consistently add high quality practices and practitioners.
